Sessions Offered
Polarity Therapy
is a holistic discipline that seeks to achieve physical and emotional health through a system of touch, diet, exercise, and self-awareness designed to balance energy flows in the body. It is considered a form of energy medicine, which uses several techniques to alter energy flow and energy balance in the body. The underlying premise is applying a deep understanding of electromagnetic fields and their effects on one’s own mind and body. Polarity therapy is also described as the art and science of balancing life energy within the body, aiming to restore optimal balance levels in the body
Acupressure
is a therapeutic technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body, similar to those used in acupuncture, to relieve tension, pain, and other symptoms. It is based on the concept of "life energy" (qi) and the idea that stimulating these points can help balance the body's energy flow
Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST)
is a type of bodywork that relieves muscle and joint tightness around the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve stress and pain caused by musculoskeletal tightness. CST is noninvasive and is thought to normalize the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system by gently manipulating the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis
Clairvoyant Readings
is a form of psychic reading where a clairvoyant uses their ability to perceive information beyond the physical senses, often referred to as "clear seeing". This ability allows them to access insights into a person's past, present, or future by tapping into energies that the average person cannot perceive. During a clairvoyant reading, the reader may receive visual impressions, symbols, or images that they interpret and communicate to the client. These readings are typically non-judgmental and focus on providing clarity, insight, and healing.
Ancestral Healing
is a process that involves addressing and healing the emotional and spiritual wounds that have been passed down through generations within a family. It is based on the idea that our ancestors' unresolved traumas and issues can continue to influence our lives in the present. The real heart of ancestral healing is about recognizing unresolved pains and detrimental patterns within your family lines, and changing those into their improved state. Clearing ancestral trauma is about trauma resolution. Trauma resolution is about healing. And healing is about changing something into its improved state. At its essence, clearing ancestral trauma is about changing patterns that have been running through your family lines for the better.Ancestral healing allows individuals to break the cycle of trauma, ensuring that these patterns are not passed down to future generations. By resolving the traumas of the past, we can change the legacy we leave for our children and their children, offering them a healthier, more positive foundation for their lives.
Pranayama (Breathwork)
is a yogic practice of breath control, derived from the Sanskrit words "prana" (breath or life force) and "ayama" (to pause, extend, or regulate). It involves various techniques to regulate and control the breath, aiming to influence the flow of prana in the body and promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. In classical yoga, pranayama is associated with elevating prana-shakti, or life energies, and is considered a means to stabilize the mind and support meditation. The practice has evolved over time, with modern yoga often synchronizing breath with movements, while traditional Hatha yoga texts describe it as the complete suspension of breathing.
Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga
Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga are two distinct but interconnected branches of yoga. Hatha Yoga focuses on physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and other physical practices to prepare the body and mind for deeper spiritual practices. It aims to balance the body, mind, and spirit through various asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques. Hatha Yoga also includes practices such as mudras, bandhas, and shatkarmas to awaken the kundalini energy.
Raja Yoga, often referred to as the "royal path," is the journey inward, focusing on self-realization and union with the divine. It is based on the eight limbs of yoga as described in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, including yama (ethical standards), niyama (self-discipline), asana, pranayama, pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (absorption). The ultimate goal of Raja Yoga is to achieve samadhi or union with the divine.
Sound Bowls
A holistic practice that uses vibrations produced by Tibetan singing bowls to promote healing in the body and mind. During a session, a practitioner strikes or plays the bowl to release different frequencies that create soothing tones and vibrations. (again these are all from google, if you have a write up from her website or that she gave last year awesome)
