Event Location
After scouring every Airbnb and resort in Ontario, Kristin came across the perfect spot for guests, attendees, and new friends to dive into their growth journey at this boutique hotel. Tucked perfectly on Viceroy Lake one hour from Ottawa and Mont-Tremblant, and 2 hours from Montréal, the serene nature matched with the picturesque grounds and renovated hotel blended perfectly for the event.

Susan Greenspan
Susan is a perfect balance of what a Naturopath and holistic therapist should be. She lives her truth and is honest about her own journey. She uses the power of understanding food properties, supplementation, meditation, drumming, and hands on therapies, to find the right balance for each individual to create their own healing process. She understands that many of us have analytical minds and this is where we live most of the time. In respecting that, she creates an enlightened space where even those who have the most difficulty letting go will do so, finding their own way on their own path with her guidance.
Anouk Michelle Gregoire

Chantal Menard
Chantal is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher who also specializes in Yoga Nidra and chair yoga. She is deeply dedicated to the well-being of humanity, bringing her passion and expertise to every class.
With her expertise, you will be guided to a state of deep calm, fostering a genuine connection with yourself, compassion, and a more intimate relationship with others. This connection is effortless and without any particular goal, allowing you to truly be present. In our fast-paced world, where our nervous systems are constantly overstimulated, this time will allow you to center yourself
in your core values and personal truth.
Kelsang Khandro
Kelsang Khandro has studied and practiced Buddhism for over a decade, is an experienced teacher currently working as a director at the Ottawa centre. She enjoys sharing her experience Buddhist teachings & meditation in practical and uplifting ways.
Kelsang Khandro will guide participants in meditations and give Buddhist advice for a happier and more peaceful life as taught to her by her Spiritual Guide in the New Kadampa Buddhist Tradition.
Laurie Boilard
Laurie is a registered Kinesiologist, a certified Yoga Teacher, an adventurer seeker & a backpacker traveler. ''Being put into a box'' used to be her enemy until she realized that it was really an opportunity to discover how strong she was to break down the walls and how far she could go to dissolve the limitations. As an intuitive woman that loves to honor her cycles, life and what her mind, body & spirit need, it was only a matter of time before she dove into the online business world to be working at her own pace & from anywhere on earth.
Miel Abadian
Miel Abadian is a health and fitness expert with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, specializing in personalized meal preparation and holistic wellness. As a certified health and fitness coach, she combines her extensive knowledge of nutrition with her passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Miel offers tailored meal plans and coaching that focus on sustainable lifestyle changes. She is also a seasoned Barre and Pilates instructor at Enzo Yoga, guiding her clients to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through mindful movement.

I can't say enough how magical it was and how honoured I am to help spread the love and consciousness. I have wanted to do an event for years (if not more than a decade), and I finally took the leap, and it's my favourite "thing" or "accomplishment" I have ever done.

It was basically a huge hug to peoples souls and spirits if that makes any sense. Those that were there understand and know what I mean. Big smiles and hugs to all of your inner child's. You are deserving, you are worthy, you are seen, you are heard, and you're going to live abundant lives.
